OYO Hotel Augusta Downtown

I've stayed here a couple times. The rooms are lovely. The location is wonderful. It's not stuffy, but it's nice. Service is quick. I got a city view room, but I can't say the view is worth the extra money. Although I didn't need to do this, the mini-bar fridges are configured so that you can move things around or put your own things in them without incurring charges.

This hotel excels at customer service. We were greeted by staff on arrival who kindly talked us through all the local knowledge and gave his recommendations for local restaurants. All were exceptional. The hotel provided breakfast each morning which was great to get the day started and offered afternoon tea. Our visit in August was hot and we made good use of the terrace and place that has a great view of the Central. We loved our stay in Augusta and this hotel was a big part of it.

Amy, the front desk clerk, has been very attentive to my needs. She has always made sure I had clean linen, and that my room exceeded my expectations. Remodeling is coming along very well they havent even bothered my sleep while working!very satisfied!

I happened in a great discount, and since I was dining at the Augusta Downtown I decided to try a stay - and I'm so glad I did. The staff is awesome - friendly and professional. Very informative and made I feel welcome. My room was fantastic. The property has been recently updated, from hardwood floors to tile in the kitchen, to vary current tile and fixtures in the bathroom.

I always stay with Downtown. Benjamin at check in is the man! Great hotel and great staff! He took the time to understand our needs and meet them. He kept checking on us and it made us feel great and important. He even texted me on my cell phone to make sure I can reach him easily and quickly. How cool is that. The rooms are awesome and the views are amazing! Thank you all!

Four beautiful nights at Augusta Downtown in the heart of Augusta will live long in my memory. This is a stunning hotel, every little detail was greatly appreciated....and there were many. Our favorites were afternoon tea after a busy day, fabulous breakfasts, a very comfortable room, an incredible location and wonderful staff! We are hoping to be back soon. Thank you so much! .

Just stayed for three nights and find it hard to fault the place. The location is perfect, close to all the major sights and in the heart of the eating district. You could eat something different, every night for months within five minutes of the hotel. The hotel is extremely well appointed. We were in 3 which is a roof studio with area. It is simply beautiful and you can see the central from the terrace. .

We recently visited from Australia with our 3 kids. We loved the Augusta Downtown. From the minute we arrived to the minute we left I’d rate them 5 Star. The rooms & grounds were immaculate & the staff is amazing. So many little extras that make this such a fun place to stay, especially for the kids. Wish we had have stayed for longer.
